Follow Team MAKS as the four girls follow their dream to train hard and compete in Open, Youth and Women's events around the world, marking the presence on the World Match Racing Stage
MAKS racing, an all girls team from The Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club have recently competed in the Saint Quay Women’s Match Racing Regatta, this is a grade one ISAF (the highest grade possible) event, the first round of the Women’s International Match Racing Series raced in Elliot 6m. The regatta was located in Saint Quay Portrieux, Côtes d’Armor, France and has been given the title of the ‘Women’s Elite Match Racing French Championship 2013’.
The team consisting of Milly Bennett (19), Alice Tarnawski (19), Kajsa Doyle (19) and Seldon Coventry (16) will continue to train hard both on and off the water and aim to compete in as many international ISAF graded events to improve their ranking and mark their presence on the World Match Racing Stage.
